Our Mission To construct a digital safety net combining Web3 technology and the Japanese Yen stablecoin (JPYC) for 「invisible vulnerable people」 who fall through the cracks of traditional administrative and social welfare systems.The Problem: Invisible Poverty &amp; Economic Abuse Japan faces severe hidden social issues such as the 「8050 problem」 (aging parents supporting middle-aged reclusive children) and severe economic abuse within households. Many victims are trapped because their bank accounts are strictly monitored by their abusers. Furthermore, government cash benefits are usually distributed directly to the 「head of the household」, meaning funds never reach the actual victims. Without an unmonitored financial exit, they cannot even buy a train ticket to escape. Traditional welfare struggles to reach these invisible individuals.Moving From Idea to Infrastructure: 100% Solitary Development When we won the hackathon in 2025, this project was just a conceptual vision. Today, it has evolved into a fully active, functioning infrastructure.Without relying on any government subsidies or institutional grants, we have successfully built a suite of mobile applications, web platforms, and a metaverse shelter through AI-assisted individual development. We are entirely independent and ready for full-scale social deployment.Active Solutions &amp; Product Ecosystem １．「Soyogi Pocket」 (Remittance, Payment &amp; SBT Issuance App)Unlike standard Web3 applications, this tool employs a deliberate 「Zero-Onchain-Trace Layer」 that does not generate a visible public wallet on the user's end. This intentional design completely prevents abusers from tracking the victim's location or behavior via on-chain data. Furthermore, to protect victims if an abuser snoops into their smartphones, the app is camouflaged under the harmless name 「Soyogi Pocket」. While navigating complex local regulations with extreme caution, this pilot application operates with a primary focus on human safety. This infrastructure is already delivering real-world impact for social reintegration:We recently issued a social contribution SBT to a volunteer who is a welfare recipient and a neurodivergent individual living alone in a group home with limited support staff. We distributed 3,000 JPYC as a stipend directly via Soyogi Pocket. The app features a mechanism where users can request to exchange JPYC for a 「VISA e-Gift Card (Online Version)」. The administrator manually reviews and approves requests within 24 hours, displaying a secure checkout URL directly inside the user's app. Why manual approval and no user-side wallet?This is a conscious, privacy-first hybrid design. In real-world welfare, a purely decentralized trail can put a vulnerable person’s safety at risk if an abuser or family member discovers it. By keeping the interface completely abstract and processing the exchange under an administrator-shielded protocol, the volunteer successfully used the VISA e-card to convert funds into Amazon points and purchase daily necessities. This represents a monumental first step toward economic self-determination. ２．「Metaverse Consultation Shelter」We have independently developed and deployed an ultra-lightweight metaverse space where individuals suffering from severe social anxiety or physical confinement can connect anonymously via avatars for free. We have already provided over 20 hours of intensive counseling and tailored social reintegration roadmaps for highly vulnerable individuals, committing to a long-term continuous support framework. ３．「Welfare &amp; Educational App Suite」 (Live in 177 Countries)To bridge the digital divide, we provide safe, ad-free, 100% free, and offline-capable digital tools for low-income youth, young carers, and people with disabilities who cannot afford mobile data plans or high-end devices. 「Dot Battle VS」 (Web Pre-release)Converts photos and drawings into 8-bit dot-art characters for instant local and QR-code multiplayer gaming.
